Responsibilities
ā¢ Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
ā¢ Successfully implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
ā¢ Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
ā¢ Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure the flawless execution of sales initiatives
ā¢ Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to determine potential opportunities for growth
ā¢ Providing outstanding customer service and support to address client queries and concerns
ā¢ Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Skills
ā¢ A proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors
ā¢ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Strong problem-solving abilities and an attitude geared towards achieving outcomes
ā¢ The ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team
ā¢ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
ā¢ A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
