[Remote] Account Executive, Unattended Sales

They are seeking an Account Executive for Unattended Payments to expand their presence in the unattended commerce market by identifying and closing new business opportunities while building strategic relationships across the ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the unattended payments and unattended commerce marketsDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market shareBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the unattended commerce ecosystem, including operators, technology partners, payment providers, integrators, OEMs, and self-service solution providersProspect and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, industry associations, trade shows, conferences, and other business development activitiesConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions that effectively communicate the value of Castles Technology's products and servicesDevelop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting within the CRM systemCollaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account growthMonitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Castles Technology's market positionDevelop relationships and drive growth with both strategic partners and end-user organizations throughout the unattended commerce ecosystemConsistently achieve or exceed established sales quotas, revenue goals, and performance objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, technology, SaaS, hardware, or related industriesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectivesStrong business development, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience managing complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneouslyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience utilizing CRM platforms and sales forecasting toolsAbility to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry eventsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience within the payments, fintech, unattended commerce, self-service technology, vending, parking, EV charging, kiosk, or automated retail industriesExisting relationships within the unattended commerce ecosystemExperience working with payment processors, acquirers, payment facilitators, technology partners, OEMs, integrators, or large unattended operatorsKnowledge of payment acceptance technologies, EMV, contactless payments, mobile payments, and related payment industry trendsBenefitsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision benefits with generous employer contributions.Company-funded HSA contributions for eligible employees.Internal and external training opportunitiesCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesExposure to leading payment technologies and industry innovatorsCompany OverviewMaking Payments Seamless, Secure, and Smarter — Globally.
