They are seeking an Account Executive to help new customers adopt their Student Success solution, focusing on selling to educational institutions across the US and driving new revenue opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLeverage your experience selling academic or enterprise software to drive new business opportunitiesActively prospect and develop new sales opportunities through a combination of outbound efforts, marketing engagement, and internal lead generation supportManage a full, complex sales cycle with higher education institutions, including discovery, solution design, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and closeBuild relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across academic, administrative, and technical audiencesLead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions that align Lumivero’s Student Success solutions to institutional needsPresent creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations so buyers can easily understand the ROI and value of implementing our solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within SalesforceAchieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the companyContinuously build knowledge of the higher education landscape, competitive environment, and evolving customer needsSkills5+ years in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, preferably selling into higher education or enterprise environmentsTrack record of long-term success having consistently exceeded revenue targetsExperience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, ideally within higher education institutionsAbility to effectively prospect and contribute to pipeline generation in partnership with BDR and marketing teamsStrong organizational and operational discipline in managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales activitiesExceptional executive presence, with a high degree of comfort presenting to academic decision makers, deans, and institutional leadersProficient with a standard software sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)Experience successfully selling SaaS software to academic and higher education buyersFamiliarity with student success, experiential learning, or placement-related workflowsGraduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) training programsBenefitsFull medical, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTO401KCompany OverviewLumivero is a software company that provides data collaboration solutions.
