[Remote] Account Executive, Strategic Catholic

They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with high-value, large-scale accounts, focusing on Dioceses. This role involves driving sales growth through consultative selling and tailored solutions for customer success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic spaceBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. This includes 50% + travelLeverage deep product knowledge to provide consultative selling and demonstrate how Pushpay’s software can solve business challenges and drive value for Dioceses and parishesManage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure while partnering with territory Account Executives and internal stakeholdersAccurately forecast sales opportunities and report on pipeline status to senior leadershipWork closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a superior customer experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Pushpay in the marketDrive revenue through new customer acquisition as well as expanding business within existing accountsSkillsMinimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2 years selling software or technology solutions to parishes and DiocesesTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value dealsFamiliarity with the software industry, SaaS solutions, and knowledge / experience of the internal operations of the Catholic church is idealStrong ability to understand customer needs, craft customized solutions, and drive long-term partnershipsExpertise in consultative sales methodology, leveraging insights to influence decision-making at the C-suite levelSkilled in contract negotiations and managing complex sales cyclesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate complex software solutions clearly and persuasivelyAbility to understand and effectively communicate technical aspects of software solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA or advanced degree preferredBenefits100% employer-paid premiums for Medical HDHP Plan, Dental, and Vision for employee70% employer-paid premiums for Medical PPO Plan for employees, and Medical, Dental, and Vision for dependents401K matchRemote12 paid Company Holidays2 paid Volunteer Time Off days15 days PTO to start, increases with tenure and seniority.Paid parental and adoption leaveCompany OverviewPushpay is a leading technology company that delivers digital solutions to help churches achieve their mission.
