The role involves driving sales excellence, building strategic relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and consistently achieving sales targets.ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales Excellence: Manage a high volume of deals with short sales cycles. You'll run more at-bats than a typical AE and win on speed and consistencyBuild Strategic Relationships: Build relationships with founders, owners, and sales leaders at smaller companies that sell to government, positioning Starbridge as the engine for their pipelineCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and inform product developmentAchieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales quotas, contributing to the company's overall successSkillsProven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a closing role, preferably within B2B SaaSStrong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectivelySystems Thinking: Successfully building and demoing the Starbridge platform is like putting together a puzzle for your customers.
