[Remote] Account Executive - Senior Living

The Account Executive will execute sales strategies, manage accounts, and build relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned accountsBuild and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with your accountsProvide world-class client serviceUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnershipsRespond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companyβs reputationCall prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationshipIncrease sales in respective accounts across all 365 product linesPrepare sales information for customersEstablish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accountsSecure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillmentEstablish and share best practices across customer portfolio to maintain and grow businessDetermine pain points of current and potential customers and drive solutions using their pain points to drive value-based solution sellingUnderstand competitive offerings and strategies to determine best offerings and solutions to win businessWork with internal teams to get things done to drive salesEstablish scheduled customer cadence to do wellness checks, gather forecasting and drive additional solution offerings to grow businessParticipate in appropriate customer events and shows to win additional business at existing customers and drive business at new customersMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goalsMeet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers)Timely and accurate submission of forecasts and other required activitiesPrudent management of expenses and timely submission of expense reportsSkillsBachelor's Degree5+ years sales experience, preferably within the POS, foodservice or vending technology industryDirect experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM platformMust have a genuine interest in helping people and excellent negotiation skillsAbility to perform with a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality; and make complex decisions within a short period of timeSuperior interpersonal and telephone communication skillsHigh level of proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office softwareExcellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation and demo skillsDemonstrated high accountability of providing accurate forecasts and sales results throughout careerHigh energy, passion, strong ethics, professional, responsiveness, technical sales skills, self-motivated and ability to talk/present at level appropriate for audienceBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFlexible work environmentCasual attireRecognize and reward exceptional performanceProvide opportunities for growthFun, team-oriented and energetic work environmentCompany Overview365 Retail Markets specializes in unattended retail technologies offering personalized partnerships to foodservice operators.
