[Remote] Account Executive, Retail Advertising

Raptive is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to support and grow advertising partnerships within the retail category and independent agencies. This role involves managing a defined book of business, building relationships with agency and client partners, and developing media solutions to contribute to revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a defined portfolio of agency and brand relationshipsBuild strong day-to-day partnerships with agency teams, media planners, retail clients, and RMNSSupport revenue growth through proactive outreach, client follow-up, pipeline development, and thoughtful account managementIdentify new business opportunities across accounts based on research and meetingsDevelop a strong understanding of Raptive’s product suite, creators, audience strengths, retail-relevant categories, and advertising solutionsPartner with sales leadership and senior team members on larger or more complex opportunities and partnershipsBuild clear, compelling proposals that align Raptive’s capabilities with client objectives, campaign goals, retail category insights, and shopper engagement opportunitiesRespond to RFPs and client requests with polished, strategic, and timely solutionsMaintain accurate pipeline tracking, client notes, and account updates to support team visibility and forecastingCollaborate with internal teams across sales planning, strategy, marketing, creative, account management, and operations to support strong campaign executionShare client, agency, retail, and market feedback to help inform sales strategy, packaging, product development, and go-to-market opportunitiesRepresent Raptive professionally in client meetings, agency conversations, industry events, and day-to-day partner interactionsSkills3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, agency partnerships, media planning, retail media, shopper marketing, commerce marketing, or a related client-facing roleExperience working with agencies, holding companies, retail brands, commerce teams, or brand-direct clients; familiarity with major agency teams is a plusStrong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media planning, RFP processes, branded content, programmatic, audience-based solutions, retail media, and/or commerce-driven marketingProven ability to build relationships, manage client communication, and contribute to revenue growthComfortable prospecting, following up with clients, and identifying opportunities within existing and prospective retail accountsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs, retail priorities, and shopper insights into clear solutionsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and active opportunitiesCollaborative team player who works well with internal partners and is open to coaching, feedback, and continued developmentCreative problem solver who brings curiosity, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset to client challengesComfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve quicklyPassionate about Raptive's creator-first mission and excited to help retail brands connect with consumers through trusted, premium creator environmentsBA/BS degree preferredBenefitsThis role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.Raptive was recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Places To Work for 2025-2026.Company OverviewRaptive turns innovators create long-lasting businesses and worldwide brands.
