[Remote] Account Executive (Remote - Massachusetts)

They are seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with Running Specialty accounts, achieve sales targets, and provide technical expertise and training within the designated territory.ResponsibilitiesTravel extensively throughout designated territory calling on all assigned Running Specialty accounts, weekends sometimes required for key eventsAttend key retailer and channel events, such as trade shows and conferencesProvide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell throughDevelop and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the businessManage all aspects of the business for wholesale account list including, but not limited to:Sell in process – product presentations and product trainingsBusiness planning, order entry and all operational tasksOrder book managementShop merchandising and sell through planningAchieve annual sales volume targets for given territory and key accountsAchieve annual channel distribution targets for given territoryDeliver all orders by booking deadlineProvide Channel Sales Manager with weekly account updates and sales tracking to both prebook and annual quarterly sales targetsIdentify and cultivate new Running Specialty accounts within the designated territoryProvide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales within the market, as neededProactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review all open orders and ensure product is shippingSkillsAbility to travel is requiredMust have comprehensive, current experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of Running footwear and apparel, including competitive brandsProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)High level of energy and professionalismExceptional follow through and organizational skillsAbility to convincingly present product and brand using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software toolsEfficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollege degree preferred2+ years in an outside sales role, Running and/or sports industry preferredFormer competitive high school or collegiate runner is preferredBenefitsBonusBenefitsCompany OverviewPUMA is one of the world’s leading sports brands, designing, developing, and selling footwear, apparel and accessories.
