[Remote] Account Executive, Public Relations

The Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of integrated programs and will collaborate with various team members to build stronger personal relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesWorking on integrated marketing and communications methods (paid, owned, earned or shared)Contributing to client strategies on account across multiple channelsMaintaining strong relationships with reporters and media, identifying strategies to secure coverageDeveloping a full range of written materials, including client correspondence, press releases, media pitches, briefing sheets, etcContributing to the development of client and agency award submissions, identifying areas of improvement related to client delivery, such as organizational processes, further education on the clients’ business, and executing higher-quality workReporting on program progress in a way that shows understanding of the clients’ goals - over email, phone or in-personBeginning to consult with clients in a one-on-one capacityDeveloping strong working relationships with members of the client team (even if at more junior levels)Demonstrating ownership over work and exhibiting a commitment to delivering excellent outputs on timeShowing ownership over the day-to-day execution of programs that receive positive feedback from the clientSkillsDemonstrate a deep curiosity of the overall financial services marketing industryHave knowledge in Public Relations and the earned media space, and understand how different channels can be applied to meet objectivesExhibit superb organizational and time management skillsMaintain a professional decorum at all times and act as a brand ambassador for the agencyHas a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverablesMaintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accountsEngage in and contribute to agency cultureCompany OverviewVested is a global PR & marketing consultancy for financial services and fintechs It was founded in 2015, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
