[Remote] Account Executive (Project Coordinator)

The Account Executive will play a key role in leading the delivery of medical communications projects, ensuring smooth project execution and effective client interaction. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of medical affairs and publications projects Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate project documentation Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication Support the financial aspects of projects by assisting with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting Prepare or support the preparation of materials for submission to client systems or tools, and/or other platforms or websites Participate in quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards of accuracy and professionalism Skills A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, business, or communications-related field Typically 1+ years of experience in a project coordination, client services, or administrative role in medical communications or a healthcare agency setting Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-moving environment Able to travel internationally for client meetings or program delivery Experience with platforms like Datavision, Zinc, or Veeva Vault Benefits Competitive base salary Attractive total compensation benefits package Company Overview Envision Pharma Group is an innovative scientific communications and technology company focused on the life science industry.
