They are seeking a driven Account Executive to expand market presence by winning new business and fostering strategic partnerships, owning the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to contract and onboardingActively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with food service and vending providers (Compass/Canteen, Aramark, Sodexo, and regional operators)Build and nurture relationships that drive long-term growth and recurring placement opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of market dynamics, territory potential, and location-level performancePartner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless implementation and growthConsistently hit or exceed sales targets, maintaining an organized, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecastingExperience building and managing a territory or local market; comfortable living in your car between meetings and creating your own structureSkills3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in food service, CPG, vending, or hospitalityA true hunter mindset: self-motivated, resilient, and ready to hustle every dayProven track record of prospecting and closing new business, with clear, quantifiable resultsExperience building and managing a territory — comfortable living on the road and working independentlyStrong communication and negotiation skills; confident presenting value propositions to executives and operators alikeCRM fluency (Salesforce preferred); strong pipeline discipline and accountabilityPassion for healthy food access, sustainability, and the impact of our missionBenefitsEligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus within your first 90-daysCompany OverviewAt Recruitly, we are dedicated to matching exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.
