The Account Executive role involves managing customer relationships, expanding share of wallet, and ensuring delivery against commitments to enhance customer loyalty and revenue.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts by acting as the primary point of engagement and trusted commercial advisor for each customerBuild, maintain, and deepen long‑term relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through regular engagement, structured account planning, and proactive value‑based discussionsIdentify, develop, and execute opportunities to increase Share of Wallet within existing accounts by positioning relevant Syspro solutions, services, and end‑to‑end offerings aligned to customer business needsDrive account growth strategies through targeted campaigns, initiatives, and solution proposals that address both immediate customer requirements and long‑term business objectivesEnsure delivery against customer expectations by coordinating internal Syspro teams, partners, and service providers to meet agreed commitments, timelines, and quality standardsAct as a liaison between customers, Syspro internal departments, regional offices, and partners, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilledPromote and manage partner engagement within accounts by leveraging a strong understanding of the Syspro Partner Program to deliver integrated customer solutions where appropriateMonitor and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) performance for each key account, ensuring financial targets related to growth, retention, and profitability are achieved or exceededTrack, analyse, and manage customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing risks, issues, or service gaps that could negatively impact customer experience or retentionMaintain a disciplined approach to account governance by tracking customer requirements, commitments, commercial agreements, and service delivery performancePrepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned accounts, including Share of Wallet growth, revenue performance, risks, and opportunitiesProduce regular account performance reports and insights to support internal decision‑making, pipeline management, and strategic planningSupport pre‑sales and sales engagements by acting as a product and solution advisor, contributing industry insight, account knowledge, and customer context to solution designContinuously assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer environments to identify new opportunities and anticipate changes affecting account strategyEnsure all account management activities align with Syspro governance requirements, ethical standards, and internal policiesRepresent Syspro professionally and consistently as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions, reinforcing trust, credibility, and long‑term partnership valueSkillsBachelor's Degree8+ years of in-depth experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industryProven account management or other relevant experienceERP industry experienceTarget Market Industry ExperienceStrong and broad cross-functional business process knowledgeStrong account-management and relationship-building capabilityProven ability to grow revenue and increase share of wallet within existing customersSolid commercial and financial understanding at account levelBenefits13 paid company holidays in 202620 vacation days6 wellness days401k from day one of hireHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance the first of the month after hireLife insuranceBonus/ commissionMaternity and Paternity LeaveCompany OverviewSYSPRO offers an enterprise resource planning software solution that assists manufacturers and distributors to manage their businesses.
