The Account Executive role is focused on hunting for new opportunities and driving profitability across National Accounts, Regional Chains, and GPO partnerships, requiring strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop relationships with senior decision-makers.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and secure new national account, Regional Chains, and GPO partnershipsPursue white space growth opportunities by penetrating untapped markets and expanding share of wallet within target sectorsDevelop strong relationships with senior decision-makers and serve as the primary driver of new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize profitability and growthPartner with internal leaders (SGT, GPO, Regional and National teams) to build integrated strategies that expand TriMark’s footprintLeverage market research, industry insights, and competitive intelligence to position TriMark solutions effectivelyCreate and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiationNegotiate terms, pricing, and agreements that balance customer satisfaction with company profitabilitySecure long-term, profitable contracts that strengthen TriMark’s position with major accountsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunitiesTrack and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue growth against assigned targetsProvide leadership with actionable insights to refine go-to-market strategies and identify emerging opportunitiesPartner with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and affiliated Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account transitionWork closely with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure that new opportunities are implemented profitablyServe as a connector between customer needs and TriMark’s internal capabilitiesSkillsAbility to speak Mandarin or Korean required for this specific opportunityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent military/practical experience2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or new account acquisition with proven success in securing profitable contractsProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to successfully pass a background check post-offer acceptanceExperience with national accounts, GPO, or multi-unit regional chain (MURC) business preferredFoodservice, hospitality, or related industry experience strongly desiredBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionTuition ReimbursementPetLegal Insurance401kCommunity Service DaySpotlight AwardsNational Sales Excellence AwardsCFSP Prep Certification Program401K (with employer match)Bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibilityCompany OverviewTriMark USA is one of the country’s largest full-service providers of equipment, supplies, and design services to the foodservice industry.
