[Remote] Account Executive, Mid-Market

They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, while collaborating with various teams and improving sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll run discovery calls, align key stakeholders and close dealsSource & build pipeline to help you hit revenue goalsLand and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out. Partner with Customer Success for customer onboarding, activation, and expansionEvangelize the product and personally help close the largest MM deals. Be a leader in selling into new industriesWork collaboratively across teams - including Customer Success, Marketing, and ProductProvide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of developmentSkills4+ years of relevant sales experience and a track record of exceeding quota (SDR / AE management experience a strong plus)Experience selling to Mid-market and Enterprise prospectsExperience working as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS companyPossess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on themStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsStrong problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and a keen attention to detailStrong leadership and team building skillsBeen an early AE at another startupSold to sales leaders in the pastBenefitsEquityGenerous perksComprehensive benefitsCompany OverviewNooks is an applied AI lab that powers modern sales teams.
