The Account Executive – MI Clarity is responsible for driving awareness and adoption of an AI-powered prognostic assay for breast cancer, partnering with healthcare professionals to educate them on its clinical value and integrate it into workflows.ResponsibilitiesEducate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical utility, prognostic value, and evidence supporting MI Clarity, including its ability to identify both early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible breast cancer patientsPresent clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights, while explaining the differentiation of AI-driven pathology analysis from traditional genomic and molecular assaysConduct in-person and virtual educational programs and lead consultative, evidence-based discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, and opportunities to reduce overtreatment and undertreatmentPosition MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that optimizes patient care, addressing questions related to assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretationDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI ClarityBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, health system administrators, and other clinical decision-makersIdentify and engage key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical champions within target accounts to support adoption and long-term utilizationSupport implementation of testing workflows and operational integration within healthcare systems and clinical practicesAnalyze territory and account performance data to identify growth opportunities, monitor utilization and adoption trends, and develop targeted engagement strategiesMaintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity recordsCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams to support customer success and business objectivesEnsure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate, balanced, and approved clinical and promotional communicationsSkillsBachelor's degree required; life sciences or healthcare-related field preferred3+ years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical salesStrong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminologyProven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and health systemsExcellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skillsAbility to interpret and communicate clinical dataAbility to travel within assigned territoryExperience selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutionsExisting relationships within oncology or breast centersExperience launching new products or assaysFamiliarity with pathology workflows and digital pathologyKnowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assaysProvider engagement and educational activitySuccessful workflow implementation within target accountsTerritory growth and market penetrationCRM accuracy and activity executionCompany OverviewCaris Life Sciences develops molecular profiling and AI-driven technologies to support precision medicine in oncology.
