REMOTE Sales Representative PST/MST Remote • *Hiring for San Diego and Bay Area locations** Position Overview We help law firms and legal teams handle everything that supports a lawsuit-from filing documents and serving process to depositions, eDiscovery, records retrieval, and trial presentation. By combining trusted people, smart technology, and nationwide coverage, we simplify the entire litigation process and give attorneys a single partner from the moment a case is filed all the way through trial. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our legal and litigation support services to attorneys, law firms, and corporate legal departments. The primary objective of this role is to increase our market presence and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the legal sector. • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospects. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. • Provide trial support and litigation support services as needed. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, preferably in legal or related fields. • Strong understanding of legal processes, trial support, and eDiscovery. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field is preferred.
