[Remote] Account Executive – InsurTech (SMB & Mid-Market)

They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across Small and Mid-Market insurance organizations, focusing on building relationships and delivering technology solutions that create value for customers.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closeDevelop and maintain a healthy pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market opportunitiesBuild relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and other industry participantsExecute outbound prospecting campaigns and manage inbound opportunitiesConduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, business objectives, and operational challengesDeliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentationsPrepare proposals, pricing recommendations, and commercial documentationMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platformPartner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams throughout the sales processIdentify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accountsEngage executive-level stakeholders including operations, claims, technology, and business leadersRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as requiredSkills4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experienceProven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing opportunities through a consultative sales processStrong prospecting and pipeline generation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a remote environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience selling into the Property & Casualty insurance marketFamiliarity with claims, insurance operations, or insurtech solutionsExposure to enterprise software, workflow automation, or cloud-based technology platformsExperience engaging executive and operational stakeholders in complex sales cyclesBenefitsCompetitive benefits packageCompany OverviewAt FinPro we are on a mission to be the only place Insurtech founders turn when growing their business We offer executive recruitment services to companies in the UK, Europe, and the USA.
