They are seeking an experienced Account Executive specializing in Industrial SaaS to drive new business growth in manufacturing and industrial services, engaging with operational leaders to promote software that enhances efficiency and reduces downtime.ResponsibilitiesTarget new logo opportunities across manufacturing, industrial services, field operations, and logisticsUse vertical knowledge to identify pain around downtime, compliance, maintenance, workforce training, or safety workflowsExecute outbound strategies targeting operations, engineering, safety, and technology leadersOwn the full sales cycle, from qualification to closeDeliver product demonstrations that highlight operational efficiency, automation, asset visibility, and compliance reportingConduct deep discovery to assess process gaps, worksite challenges, and performance benchmarksDevelop ROI-based proposals quantifying time/efficiency gains, risk reduction, or safety improvementsApply MEDDPICC for qualification and forecastingMaintain strong CRM hygiene in HubSpotRun structured, repeatable sales motions aligned to industrial buyer journeysCollaborate with SDRs to optimize outreach to operational leadersPartner with Marketing to refine industrial messaging, case studies, and campaignsWork with Customer Success on expectation setting and project transitionNavigate multi-department industrial buying groups involving operations, procurement, safety, and ITAlign contract terms to operational priorities and budget cyclesSkills5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotaExperience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or field operations environmentsExperience closing SaaS deals across the full spectrum—from small businesses to large enterprise organizationsFamiliarity with process optimization, asset management, or operational safety conceptsHubSpot CRM experience preferredExpertise using structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive forecast accuracy and close ratesProven ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makersExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsCRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)Self-starter with resilience, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environmentExperience selling EHS, CMMS, FSM, IoT, or manufacturing operations softwareFamiliarity with OSHA, maintenance standards, or operational compliance requirementsPrior work with plant managers, field ops leaders, or industrial engineering teamsCompany OverviewCordance is dedicated to accelerating the growth of vertically focused business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies.
