They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality to generate new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship development.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunitiesDrive full-cycle sales from prospecting through closeBuild and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline through: Cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)Strategic account mappingNetworking and referral generationDevelop and grow a book of business within assigned territory or verticalEstablish executive-level relationships with decision-makersConduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and align solutionsDeliver compelling presentations and proposalsNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quotaMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRMCollaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to drive win strategySkills3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (Saas Platform and Pro Services Sales a must)Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisitionProven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotasStrong prospecting and outbound sales skillsExperience building and managing a personal book of businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh level of self-motivation and accountabilityIdeal candidates must demonstrate the ability to discover and meet client's needs through an iterative, solution-oriented approachConsultative services sales experience selling to Enterprise and Commercial customers in both IT and business units outside of ITMust be a quick learner who excels in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to solve practical problems and possess strong analytical skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceFamiliar with digital transformationExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels of executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology organizationsTravel is required as needed to properly service your accountsServiceNow or Saas platform equivalent experienceCompany OverviewPathways Consulting Group is a Certified Women's Owned Business Enterprise and a ServiceNow Elite Partner.
