They are seeking an Account Executive to drive enterprise growth in strategic markets, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.ResponsibilitiesLead complex sales cycles using consultative, insight-driven selling methodologies (e.g., value-based selling)Build compelling value cases for a diverse set of senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical companiesConduct deep discovery, strategic qualification, multithreading, and solution tailoringApply strategic account management frameworks (e.g., Miller Heiman, MEDDICC, Account Planning) to expand relationships and accelerate growthDevelop long-term account strategies, mapping key stakeholders, political dynamics, and strategic initiativesIdentify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with customer success teamsCollaborate with SDRs for targeted outbound campaigns and qualificationWork with Alliances to drive partner-influenced pipelineAlign with Marketing to convert demand-generation efforts into SQLsExecute your own outbound motions in strategic enterprise accountsBuild and execute a territory growth plan aligned with Lyfegen ICP and regional prioritiesMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and healthcare policy changes relevant to target accountsLead commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiationsWork with Legal, Finance, and SalesOps to ensure risk management and commercial complianceNavigate pharma tenders and complex procurement processes when requiredPartner closely with: SDR Manager for pipeline development, SalesOps for forecasting, governance, and process optimization, Alliances for joint selling with consulting and System Integrators (SI) partners, Product & Delivery for solution alignment, Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing structured feedback on product needs, market trends, and competitive signalsMaintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline data in HubSpotDeliver consistent, reliable forecasts and highlight deal risksLeverage SalesOps automation and AI insights to drive prioritization and execution accuracyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM systemSkills5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare or life sciences technologyExpertise in consultative selling and enterprise sales methodologies, such as: Value-Based Selling, Richardson Sales Performance, Miller Heiman Strategic SellingProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long time horizonsStrong proficiency in strategic account development, mapping, and planningStrong communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsIndustry experience in healthcare and pharma ecosystemsExperience selling in regulated or highly complex procurement environmentsExperience co-selling with consulting firms, system integrators, or technology alliancesFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM and modern AI-enabled sales toolsAn existing network of stakeholders within the pharmaceutical space in USABenefitsA competitive and attractive compensation package, aligned with the ambition, pace, and impact of a dynamic start-up environment.Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression, as Lyfegen continues to scale across markets.A remote-first, flexible working model across Europe, enabling you to perform at your best while maintaining balance.An international, mission-driven team of high performers, united by a shared commitment to transforming healthcare access globally.Company OverviewLyfegen is SaaS company that develops rebate management software for the healthcare industry.
