The Account Executive – Retail Site Selection & Location Intelligence is responsible for building and closing new business within the retail site selection and commercial real estate ecosystem, focusing on selling INRIX’s location and mobility intelligence to various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOwn prospecting and pipeline development within the retail site selection and CRE verticalIdentify and pursue opportunities with retailers, restaurant groups, CRE firms, site selection consultants, and related stakeholdersBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports quarterly and annual quota targetsManage full‑cycle sales processes, from discovery and solution positioning through negotiation and closeLead customer conversations that connect INRIX capabilities to real business outcomes (store performance, site risk, customer access, ROI)Partner with Sales Engineering, Solutions, and Marketing to advance complex enterprise dealsDevelop strong working knowledge of how retail and CRE teams evaluate sites, trade areas, and locationsPosition INRIX as a strategic data partner in site selection, expansion, and portfolio decisionsTailor messaging to different personas (real estate, strategy, analytics, finance, executives)Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accountsSupport customers as they scale INRIX usage across geographies, brands, or portfoliosBuild long‑term customer relationships that drive repeat revenueSkills7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B salesProven ability to build pipeline and close new logos in a defined verticalExperience selling into retail, restaurants, QSRs, commercial real estate, or location‑based decisionmakersStrong discovery and consultative selling skillsComfortable selling data, analytics, or insight‑driven solutionsPrior experience working inside a retailer, restaurant brand, QSR, or CRE organization, or direct experience selling solutions for site selection, market planning, location analytics, or real estate intelligenceHunter mentality with strong outbound disciplineAbility to translate complex data into simple, revenue‑driven value storiesExecutive‑level communication and presentation skillsSelf‑directed, comfortable building a vertical from the ground upResults‑oriented with a strong sense of urgencyBenefitsCompetitive Salary, Benefits, and 401K matchingNo policy vacation policy, it’s flexible and always has beenA boat on Lake Washington - get your license, and we’ll pay for the gasCompany OverviewINRIX enables cities, people, and businesses with mobility insights by transforming big data from connected devices and vehicles.
