They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage their enterprise segment, build pipelines, and close significant deals while collaborating with technical teams.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify leads and develop them into high-value opportunitiesBuild relationships and establish communications at the highest executive levels in your accounts to understand their needs and priorities, and to speed up and simplify the deal processOwn the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activitiesKeep Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales processDevelop and execute a strategic plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectivesWork with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities for Retool to accelerate Engineering within their orgPartner with sales engineers and the executive team to create relationships within all levels of key accountsCollaborate with Engineering to identify and deploy new features to continuously increase the value of RetoolSkillsExperience consistently hitting quota of $1.5M+ of ARR per year10+ years of total sales experience, 3-5+ years of enterprise closing experience with developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or business intelligenceA track record of success driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievementA solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a complex sales processExcellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilitiesA hands-on approach to learning technical concepts and leading technical discussions with stakeholders of all levelsBenefitsAdditional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.Retool provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Retool offers generous benefits to all employees and hybrid work location.Company OverviewRetool is a software development company that offers solutions in AI apps, documentation, developer tools, and external apps.
