Swoogo is a fully remote event marketing software company seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive customer growth and pursue new business opportunities. The role involves leading complex sales cycles, generating pipeline through strategic prospecting, and collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive customer journey.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with senior stakeholders at existing and prospective Enterprise clientsBe viewed as a trusted advisor by providing compelling insights and ideas that solve our customers business problems/pain pointsProactively generate pipeline through strategic prospecting outbounding, including cold calls, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative multi-touch sequences designed to open new enterprise doorsManage, effectively communicate and report your sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Accurately communicate upside and downside risk to your called numberCreate territory and account plans that accurately map your highest propensity to buy targets and the strategy to win these targetsDrive collaboration across departments and teams, including Sales Development, Account Management, Product Enablement, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive customer journeyQualify, demo, and negotiate with prospects leveraging the sales qualification methodologies using MEDDICC/SPICEDConsistently meet or exceed your monthly, quarterly and annual targetsLead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the events industry and the Swoogo productCollaborate and co-sell products within Swoogo’s partner ecosystem by developing strong partnership relationships and consulting customers on their full event tech stackTravel to meet with enterprise prospects and customers, attend key industry events, and represent Swoogo at in-person meetings and tradeshows (estimated 25–40% travel, depending on territory needs)Skills5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience2 - 3+ years of SaaS Sales experience2+ years working with Enterprise prospects3+ years sourcing and qualifying prospects through various outbound methodsProven track record of consistent quota achievementProficient in Sales ForecastingExperience in leading CRM adoption and improvement by showcasing exceptional Salesforce hygienePrevious experience with independently crafting complex sales MAPs, proposals, and order formsConsistently demonstrates a thorough understanding of roles and responsibilities within an organization by building multi-threaded relationships throughout the deal cycle1+ year in events or event technologyUnderstanding of the events industryFormal training on SPICEDCompany OverviewSwoogo is a fast-growing event management software company.
