They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage high-impact sales cycles, secure new enterprise customers, and contribute to the company's growth by establishing long-term relationships with strategic accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of inbound leads while actively prospecting into a defined set of named enterprise accountsFocus on net-new sales, landing the first contract within key accounts through thoughtful discovery and value-driven conversationsRun multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to close, typically within a 3–4 month window and $50K–$100K ACV rangeDeliver tailored product demos, executive presentations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly tie Scribe’s Workflow AI platform to customer outcomesLeverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma to manage pipeline, improve forecast accuracy, and share insights with GTM leadershipContribute to evolving our sales motion by identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we can raise the barSkillsExperience leading net-new, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the enterpriseAbility to turn cold accounts into happy customersStructured approach to selling with experience using methodologies like MEDDPIC or SPICEDAbility to balance inbound velocity with outbound precisionStrong prioritization skillsValue clarity, responsiveness, and rigor in managing pipeline and forecastingCuriosity about how things work and ability to help customers connect problems and solutionsCollaborative and coachable mindsetDesire to be a great teammate while raising the bar for the teamBenefitsIncredible teammates: Work alongside some of the nicest and smartest people you’ll ever meet.Ownership mindset: We’re all owners here, literally.
