The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing strategic enterprise accounts, building customer partnerships, and delivering transformative solutions aligned with customer priorities.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate and align cross-functional teams—including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing—to deliver value-driven outcomes and achieve measurable account goalsDevelop and expand multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suiteIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, with a focus on long-term customer success and retentionArticulate the unique value of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions in ways that resonate with each customer’s strategic goals and business driversManage complex sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation and closure, leveraging structured deal methodologies and data-driven forecastingPartner with internal stakeholders across the business to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure the ongoing health of key enterprise relationshipsSkills8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing large accounts, long and complex sales cycles, and high-value transactionsExperience with persona-based and solution selling methodologiesExperience developing strategic account plans and driving measurable business resultsExperience with executive presenceAbility to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-level leadersExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsHigh degree of ownership, integrity, and accountability in achieving goalsResilience, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentDeep understanding of SaaS, Cloud, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologiesExperience selling enterprise technology solutions into Fortune 1000 or global organizationsDemonstrated success working in high-growth or transformation-oriented environmentsBenefitsBonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
