[Remote] Account Executive, Department of Justice

They are seeking an experienced Account Executive for the Department of Justice to manage business development and sales efforts across various DOJ agencies, focusing on building relationships and driving new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end business development strategy and execution for the DOJ portfolio – covering market analysis, account planning, opportunity qualification, capture, proposal, and closeBuild and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships with DOJ customers including program managers, contracting officers, and agency decision-makers across FBI, DEA, ATF, BOP, USMS, OJP, EOIR, NSD, and DOJ headquartersPartner with channel partners, prime integrators and contract vehicle holders to position Trilogy solutions and accelerate deal closureLead capture for DOJ pursuits including teaming strategy, win-theme development, pricing-to-win, and B&P investment recommendations to the Director of Federal Business DevelopmentManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award, including RFI/RFP responses and oral presentationsMaintain an accurate, forecast-ready pipeline in the company CRM; deliver weekly pipeline updates, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews to the leadership teamPartner with Trilogy delivery, solutions, contracts, and finance teams to develop responsive technical and cost proposals, Statements of Work, and Bills of MaterialsRepresent Trilogy at DOJ industry days, agency forums, and partner events; shape upcoming acquisitions through pre-RFP customer engagement and capability briefingsSkills5+ years of quota-carrying federal sales experience, with at least 3 years selling directly to DOJ agenciesBachelor's degreeDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets in the federal marketDeep understanding of DOJ organizational structure, mission priorities, and acquisition processesExperience working with federal contract vehicles (GSA MAS, GWACs, BPAs) and navigating FAR/DFAR complianceStrong existing relationships with DOJ decision-makers, program managers, or contracting officersExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6–18 monthsProficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and federal pipeline managementAbility to travel 25–30% of the time to support customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry eventsU.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain federal suitability clearance or public trustActive security clearance (Secret or higher)Prior experience with law enforcement, justice, or public safety technology solutionsFamiliarity with OJP, OVW, NSD, or other DOJ grant-making and regulatory componentsExperience with CMMC compliance requirements and FedRAMP-authorized solutionsBenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experience plus commission program401k with company matchMedical, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability insuranceHealth Savings AccountProfessional development programsEmployee referral bonus programCompany OverviewTrilogy Innovations, Inc.
