[Remote] Account Executive- Cyber

The Account Executive - Cyber will act as an agent for assigned accounts, managing a book of business and leading a service team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.ResponsibilitiesManages all client required services and maintains client relationship with minimal input from ProducersManages mid market book of business through direction of employees on service teamReceives and develops new business leads from Producers or identifies and develops cross-sell opportunitiesActs as direct point of contact for client from time of leadActs as the lead representative to an assigned book-of-businessParticipates in team selling process including finalist interviews and RFP responsesPrepares and presents to client renewal analysisSells renewal business to existing clients and where applicable, sells additional lines of coveragePromotes to clients other services offered by our agency by way of preparing Producer Service ProposalsProvides analysis and recommendations concerning client's existing coveragesSelects carriers for solicitation and negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerationsReceives and responds to client inquiries including benefit and claim questions and issuesReviews client coverage contracts and amendments for accuracyManages and negotiates third party vendor relationships and contracts on behalf of the clientManages dedicated service teamServes as technical expert, assisting department members to resolve complex issuesCreates new client sales opportunitiesCollection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing dateComplies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)Other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree equivalent combination of education and experienceEight (8) or more years related work experienceValid Insurance LicenseMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem solving and time management skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkGood planning, organizational and prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.Company OverviewAlliant Insurance Services is a distributor of diversified insurance products and services.
