[Remote] Account Executive (CA)

The Account Executive will focus on building new business in the K12 and Higher Education space, requiring a solid understanding of sales processes and consultative selling.ResponsibilitiesThis is a business development/hunting role where you will be expected to find creative ways to share TRANSFR’s vision with organizations in your territory/geographic regionProspect, educate, qualify and develop opportunities in new key accountsCreate compelling proposals based on value propositions that align with customer needsWork with customers over time to identify and develop additional upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesProduce analysis comparing job market needs to misalignment with existing training infrastructureWork with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback to maximize their impactEngage in the contracting process post signature including support to contract integration, change management, governance activities, up-sales and renegotiationsTreat inbound inquiries with extreme importance and a long-range mindsetDevelop deal timelines and ensure that we meet deal milestones and deadlines, regularly updating activity in our CRM systemConsultative and relationship building individuals who are willing to take the time to understand our customers’ pain points, articulate value, and identify early adoptersCollect insights from users and potential users for our product development processOwn opportunities from start-to-finish, as our team is small and growingSkills3+ years of experience in net new business SaaS salesProven experience in exceeding quarterly and annual sales targetsExperience in K-12 and Government experienceProven track record of long-term customer retentionConsultative sales experience and managing complex sales cyclesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with SalesforceExperience with Google Docs tools and slackVirtual Reality and Augmented Reality experience are a plusBenefitsCommissionStock options401(k)Paid vacation and sick timeHealth benefitsCompany OverviewTransfr founded on the belief that learning is about enhancing the human experience.
