They are seeking an Account Executive Assistant to support assigned Account Executives and TPO sales management by assisting with loan processing, reviewing files, and providing marketing support.ResponsibilitiesPerform all data input, data management, and other administrative tasks so that assigned Account Executive(s) can focus on sales activities including:Enter new contacts into the systemInput loan applications manuallySchedule zoom sales calls with new brokers and existing clientsOrganize and input loan information received into the Loan Origination SystemGather loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etcMonitor incoming documents verifying data collected by Account ExecutivesPull or verify credit reports and flood certs as neededSend welcome mails to new accounts and loan officersSend thank you emails to brokers after closingSet up company approved LinkedIn marketing for daily postsReview all expiring locks to ensure extensions and review unlocked loans and send reminders to lock to brokersReach out to brokers regarding the month’s closings to push condition submittal and ensure account manager is aware of any updates or discovered items; note findings in conversation logProactively monitor pipeline to ensure timely funding of loansServe as point person on marketing projects, lead management assignments, and other projects intended to increase assigned Account Executive(s) sales, personal branding, and lead generation and conversion goalsCoordinate in person and online marketing eventsIn conjunction with sales management and assigned Account Executive(s), identify methods to expand assigned Account Executive(s) business modelProvide backup assistance for assigned Account Executive(s) in their absence, including assisting brokers and resolving issuesEnsure the quality and compliance Company policies, procedures, and investor guidelinesPrepare reports for Account Executive(s) and sales managementDevelop individual relationships with assigned Account Executive(s) to determine any additional assistance that may be needed on a case by case basisComplete various tasks and assignments and assist departmental support staff when requested by sales managementSkillsExtremely high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneouslyProficient in the use of Carrington's loan origination system and other systems used in the mortgage origination process, or if new to company the ability to learn systems quicklyHighly proficient in the use of office machines such as computer, copiers, fax machinesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to handle detailed assignments and be self-motivatedAbility to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlinesAbility to maintain highly confidential information in accordance with Company's privacy policy concerning borrower's confidential informationHigh School diploma or equivalent work experienceTwo (2) years' mortgage industry experience requiredPrevious customer service, concierge, or customer experience requiredPrevious Retail Loan Processing or Wholesale Account Manager experience preferredExperience working in a paperless environment preferredBenefitsMonthly Incentive planComprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.A discretionary 401(k) match of 50% of the first 4% of pay contributed.Access to several fitness, restaurant, retail (and more!) discounts through our employee portal.Customized training programs to help you advance your career.Employee referral bonuses so you’ll get paid to help Carrington and Vylla grow.Educational Reimbursement.Carrington Charitable Foundation contributes to the community through causes that reflect the interests of Carrington Associates.Company OverviewCarrington Holding Company, LLC is a financial service provider for mortgages, asset management, real estate.
