This full-cycle sales role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful client engagements and satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closeConduct comprehensive assessments of client business needs to ensure solutions align with their goalsBuild and grow pipeline through target account engagement, networking, and strategic outreachPartner with the SDR team to ensure qualified leads are effectively managed and convertedCollaborate with the Acumatica Implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff for a successful deploymentDevelop tailored value-driven proposals and ROI analysesManage CRM pipeline and forecasting with accuracy and integrityBuild and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholdersStay current on Acumatica product updates, industry trends, and competitive positioning to sharpen pitch and differentiationSkills5+ years of experience in B2B software or complex solution sales (ERP, SaaS, or cloud applications), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaConsultative sales approach with strong discovery and solution-selling skillsExperience managing a full sales cycle in a competitive, high-value environmentExceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to engage and influence executive and senior-level decision-makersStrong pipeline and CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)Ability to operate effectively in a remote environmentKnowledge of or experience selling into sectors like Construction, Distribution, or ManufacturingAbility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or industry engagementsCompany OverviewAccordant is a leading ERP and enterprise software value-added reseller (VAR) serving more than 5,000 clients across the United States and Canada.
