They are seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy in the small-business lending ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demos → pilots → closeRun outbound campaigns targeting small business lenders and banksCraft and manage personalized outreach, sequences, and cadencesBuild and manage relationships with decision-makers such as SVPs/VPs of Credit, Risk, Operations, and TechnologyAccurately forecast pipeline and hit revenue targetsRepresent Kaaj at industry conferences, events, and webinarsMaintain clean, up-to-date pipeline and activity logs in CRMProvide structured field feedback that sharpens messaging, ICP, and positioningPartner with founders and GTM leadership on collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, and pitch decksBring market insights back to the team to improve how we tell the Kaaj story to lenders and brokersSkills2+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience, with a track record of closing complex dealsExceptional communicator who can clearly explain technical and financial concepts to financial services buyersOrganized, persistent, and rigorous about follow-upComfortable owning a number and building process from scratch in an early-stage environmentExcited by AI and transforming legacy lending workflowsBased in the East CoastFamiliarity with the small business lending ecosystem, equipment financing, or credit underwritingExperience selling into community banks or non-bank lendersPrior experience as an early or sole AE at a startupCompany OverviewAgentic AI platform to help lenders and brokers close more small business loans.
