[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with prospective and existing students, conducting outreach, and guiding students through the enrollment process while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand stakeholder needsPresent UA Little Rock programs and guide prospective students through the inquiry and enrollment processMaintain an organized pipeline of leads and track activities in a CRM or similar systemProvide timely follow-up to ensure a high-quality experienceCollaborate with academic, marketing, and admissions teams to align messaging and support recruitment campaignsShare feedback from the field to improve processesMonitor enrollment goals and prepare basic reportsContinuously refine outreach approaches to achieve performance targetsSkillsStrong relationship-building and account management skills, including the ability to nurture long-term partnerships and support diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in sales, recruitment, or customer success, with the ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone outreach, virtual meetings, and professional email communicationProficiency with CRM or student information systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing platforms)Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple accounts and follow-up tasks in a remote environmentAnalytical skills to interpret basic performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendationsAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceExperience in higher education, enrollment management, or nonprofit outreach is preferred but not requiredCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to supporting learners from a wide range of backgrounds and experiencesCompany OverviewThe University of Arkansas at Little Rock is a public research university offering undergraduate and graduate programs.
