[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive will work with clients to enhance their marketing strategies and grow their businesses through data-driven approaches. Responsibilities Achieve monthly revenue targets through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting Sell SmartZip’s predictive seller targeting and marketing solutions to real estate professionals nationwide Conduct discovery calls, run product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle Manage a high-velocity pipeline and accurate activity tracking within CRM systems Follow up quickly with inbound leads and consistently develop new opportunities through outbound outreach Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers Stay informed on real estate industry trends and agent marketing strategies Run discovery calls and product demonstrations that uncover agent goals and clearly demonstrate how Smartzip helps them win more listings Maintain strong pipelines through both inbound lead management and proactive prospecting Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects, answering questions, and ensuring opportunities continue progressing through the sales process Operate with urgency and consistently move opportunities toward close Skills Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong time management and discipline Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment 1-3+ years of sales experience in B2B, B2C, or service-based industries preferred Experience selling to small business owners or entrepreneurs is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one 401(k) and HSA programs Employee stock ownership program Remote work environment with company-provided equipment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within Smartzip and across the broader Constellation portfolio of companies Company Overview SmartZip offers innovative and effective predictive marketing solutions to help real estate agents get more listings and lenders more leads.
