[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, including conducting sales presentations and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients Identifying potential clients Conducting sales presentations Negotiating contracts Ensuring client satisfaction Collaborating with the Rise team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets Skills Minimum 1 year experience in b2b SaaS as an AE or comparable role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with modern sales stacks (HubSpot, SFDC, Apollo, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.) Ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated and proactive Availability to work flexible hours as part of a start-up Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with the web3 industry and cryptocurrency Experience working remotely Knowledge of compliance regulations in the digital finance space Previous experience in Global payroll/HR, payments or other FinTech Company Overview Rise provides crypto payroll and web3 workforce solutions to help businesses onboard, manage, and pay local and global contractors.
