[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business by identifying and qualifying potential clients while providing exceptional customer service and managing a high volume of leads.ResponsibilitiesUtilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS outreach, and email outreach to identify and qualify potential candidatesCultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnelServe as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteriaEducate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programsProvide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptlyMaintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowersManage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by efficiently using our CRMTrack interactions, document progress, and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecastingGather application information from prospects to move forward with the sales processWork closely with an Account Executive to coordinate outreach efforts and share insights for deal negotiationCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycleSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferredAt least 1-2 years of cold calling experience1-2 years of hands-on experience managing and working with CRM platformsProven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or customer service rolesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasivelyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clienteleStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving resultsKnowledge of real estate markets and property management is a plusPrior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in real estate or lending, is a plusPreferred Location: San Diego or Orange CountyCompany OverviewLoan Mountain Capital offers asset-based lending and short-term financing for real estate in North Carolina.
