They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead enterprise sales cycles, collaborate with technical teams, and build a revenue engine from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and closeIdentify, source, and develop new enterprise opportunities through outbound efforts, events, and in-person meetingsEngage deeply with technical and security leaders to understand their challenges and position the company’s AI infrastructure platform effectivelyWork closely with founders and engineers to shape pitches, demos, and messagingMulti-thread complex enterprise deals and shepherd prospects through a consultative, high-velocity sales processRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings in NYC, SF, and other locations as neededHelp build early sales processes, playbooks, and repeatable GTM frameworksProvide customer insights to product and leadership teams to guide roadmap decisionsSkillsExperience selling into enterprise organizations, preferably in AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or securityTrack record of success in outbound hunting roles and driving complex, multi-stakeholder dealsStrong technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers, product teams, and technical buyersAbility to understand and communicate modern AI concepts, infrastructure patterns, and emerging technologiesExperience operating in high-growth or early-stage environments with limited structureExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyWillingness to travel for customer meetings, events, and internal collaborationComfortable using AI tools in daily work and staying current with AI industry developmentsBenefitsUncapped variable compensationEquityCompany OverviewThe AI headhunter connecting elite GTM talent with the fast-growing startups.
