[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will own revenue growth across provider and payer accounts, manage the full sales lifecycle, and drive expansion and renewals in complex healthcare environments.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of provider and payer accounts from early-stage pipeline through closed-won and renewalClose new logos while expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and volume growthLead discovery and value-based sales conversations with executive and operational healthcare leadersTranslate customer pain points into clear, KPI-driven commercial proposals and Order FormsServe as the primary commercial point of contact, managing expectations and escalating issues as neededPartner closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployment, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth go-lives and measurable outcomesWith Customer Success, monitor account health, usage, and ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygieneRepresent Ethermed professionally at conferences and industry events as neededSkills3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or enterprise salesProven ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholdersStrong executive presence and consultative selling skillsHighly organized with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environmentExperience selling into healthcare systems, payers, or regulated environments (strongly preferred)Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or Utilization Management (UM)Prior Authorization domain experienceExperience attending and selling at healthcare conferencesFamiliarity working cross-functionally in early-stage or Series A startupsBenefitsEarnings: UncappedJoin a mission-driven team at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare.Contribute to groundbreaking technology that transforms patient care and operational efficiency.Collaborate with industry leaders in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Access opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and continuous professional growth.Company OverviewEthermed's SaaS technology automates prior authorizations across the entire medical journey.
