They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Enterprise software, manage client relationships, and ensure customer success through effective engagement and strategy.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Client Relationship: You will drive the deal strategy, serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and build long-lasting, value-driven partnershipsDrive Customer Success: Understand customer goals, usage patterns, and pain points to proactively guide them toward success with our platformEnsure Retention & Growth: Monitor account health and engagement levels to identify risks early and uncover opportunities for renewals, expansions, and upsellsAct as the Customer’s Advocate: Provide client feedback to internal teams to help influence product direction, support strategy, and enhance the overall user experienceDeliver Business Reviews: Run periodic check-ins and executive-level business reviews that demonstrate and reinforce Effodio’s strategic valueCoordinate Internally: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align on customer goals and ensure timely, collaborative delivery of deliverablesTrack and Report: Maintain account plans and provide regular reporting on account status, opportunities, and risks to internal stakeholdersSkills5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, selling in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or data platform environmentsStrong technical acumen with a solid understanding of cloud and on-prem platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related infrastructure toolsProven track record of managing enterprise accounts and successfully driving adoption, retention, and growthExcellent communication and presentation skills.
