[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive, Client Intake will manage the client pipeline, guiding prospects through evaluations and consultations, ultimately closing agreements.ResponsibilitiesFollow up swiftly and strategically with inbound leads across email, phone, and messaging platformsConduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s background, goals, and visa eligibilityConnect prospects with our internal team for case evaluation and communicate outcomes clearlySchedule and prepare clients for consultations with our attorneys, making sure they show up informed and readyOwn the client relationship from first touch through signed engagement agreementThink creatively to re-engage stalled leads and move hesitant prospects through the funnelMaintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM with accurate notes and follow-up activityCollaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure a seamless handoff post-signingConsistently meet and exceed monthly targets for consultations scheduled and agreements closedSkills2+ years of experience in a client-facing closing role: sales, business development, intake coordination, or similarExperience in immigration, legal services, or professional services is a significant plusDemonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close deals in a consultative environmentProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyBenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesBe part of a firm with real purpose.
