They are looking for a sales-centric Account Executive to manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts, focusing on revenue retention and account expansion through consultative selling and relationship management.ResponsibilitiesOwn all renewal activity for assigned accounts, ensuring timely, accurate, and successful contract renewalsProtect and grow recurring revenue by proactively managing risk, scope changes, and client satisfactionPartner with delivery teams to ensure strong execution and renewal readinessIdentify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CyberGuard Advantage’s cybersecurity and compliance service portfolioDevelop and execute account growth plans aligned to client priorities, regulatory timelines, and security maturityExpand relationships across additional business units, stakeholders, and executive sponsorsServe as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clientsBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders, positioning CyberGuard Advantage as a long-term strategic partnerConduct regular account reviews, roadmap discussions, and value-based conversationsWork closely with delivery leaders, technical SMEs, and the CRO to ensure alignment between client needs and service executionSurface client feedback, expansion signals, and renewal risks earlySupport forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictabilityMaintain awareness of relevant compliance frameworks, regulatory changes, and industry trends impacting existing clientsProvide insights to leadership to help refine client strategy and service offeringsTravel: 10–20% as neededSkillsProven Account Management Experience: 5+ years in consultative sales, account management, or client-focused revenue roles, with a strong track record of renewals and account expansionRevenue Ownership Mindset: Comfortable carrying a renewal and expansion quota tied to an existing book of businessCompliance & Cyber Knowledge: Working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC, ISO, PCI DSS, and/or HITRUST CSF strongly preferredRelationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex client organizations and managing multi-stakeholder relationshipsSales Discipline: Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), account planning, and pipeline forecastingCommunication Excellence: Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceCompliance & Cyber Knowledge: Working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC, ISO, PCI DSS, and/or HITRUST CSF strongly preferredSales Discipline: Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), account planning, and pipeline forecastingBenefitsComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and moreFlexibility: Remote-friendly environment with opportunities for advancementCompany OverviewCyberGuard Advantage is a cybersecurity advisory and compliance firm helping organizations navigate today’s complex risk, privacy, and regulatory environment.
