As an Account Executive, you will engage with inbound leads to communicate product benefits, convert them into sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInitiate and maintain contact with hot leads through a combination of texts, calls, and emails to understand their needs and effectively present product solutionsDevelop an in-depth understanding of our MAD devices, their features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate their value propositionEmploy persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIsFoster strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service and ongoing supportUtilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update customer information, and ensure accurate sales recordsStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategySkillsAt least 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or entry-level roles may be considered)Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targetsAble to handle rejection and persevere, continuing to pursue opportunitiesAdaptable and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-centric with strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeCompany OverviewDaybreak offers the only fully at-home sleep apnea solution — from testing to treatment.
