They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive sales, build relationships, and help customers find better software solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospectsUnderstand customer pain points, business objectives, and operational challengesPresent ManageCasa's value proposition and demonstrate how our platform helps property management companies operate more efficientlyManage the entire sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild strong relationships with HOA management companies, community associations, rental property managers, and real estate operatorsGenerate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, webinars, trade shows, and outbound activitiesAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMaintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast revenueServe as a trusted advisor to prospective customersEducate prospects on industry best practices and technology solutionsHelp prospects evaluate software options and guide them through the migration processEffectively handle objections and competitive comparisonsCommunicate the value of ManageCasa's AI capabilities, automation tools, accounting features, and customer supportPartner closely with SDRs to maximize lead conversion and pipeline growthCollaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teamsProvide customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and positioningParticipate in trade shows, webinars, industry associations, and networking eventsMaintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRMTrack sales activities and ensure opportunities move through the sales pipeline efficientlyPrepare weekly pipeline updates and sales forecastsSkills3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive, Closing Sales, or Business Development roleProven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close software dealsExperience selling SaaS solutions with consultative sales methodologiesStrong presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or SalesforceAbility to work independently in a remote or hybrid environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetCandidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Property Management Software, HOA Management Software, Community Association Management, Real Estate Technology, Accounting Software, Business Process Automation SoftwareExperience selling to HOA management companies and community associationsExperience selling Rental Property Management SoftwareFamiliarity with trust accounting, homeowner dues, maintenance workflows, resident communication, and community operationsExperience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS companyFormal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC, or similar methodologiesExperience selling AI-powered software solutionsBenefitsCompetitive base compensation plus commission opportunitiesOpportunity to sell innovative AI-powered solutions, including Minii AIWork directly with company leadership and industry expertsCollaborative and entrepreneurial cultureOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of property management technologyCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organizationCompany OverviewPMS software designed for HOA and Rental management.
