They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive sales of their business spend management and procurement solutions to high-growth organizations in the US.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Zycus' business spend management and procurement solutions to high-growth organizations (under $750M revenue) in the High Growth SegmentEngage with prospects through a value-based sales approach, positioning Zycus as a strategic partner for their back-office operational needsBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles of 3–6 monthsDevelop strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CFOs, Controllers, and procurement leaders, to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutionsConsistently meet and exceed sales quotas, handling deal sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+Leverage your knowledge of back-office operations, accounts payable, procurement workflows, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to provide informed recommendations to clientsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field7–12 years of direct sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of selling to the office of finance (e.g., CFOs, Controllers)Demonstrated ability to achieve 100%+ of quota consistentlyFamiliarity with spend management, procurement solutions, and ERP system integrationDeep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closingStrong consultative selling and value-based positioning skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholdersSelf-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a passion for solving business challenges for clientsTeam player with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsProcurement sales experience is a strong plusExperience at leading software companies such as NetSuite, Tipalti, or ZipBenefitsCompetitive compensation, including base salary and commission structure.Collaborative and innovative work culture that fosters growth and success.Comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.Company OverviewZycus offers a full suite of procurement performance software that delivers spend management solutions.
