They are seeking a driven and consultative Account Executive to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned verticals or territories, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accountsAlign with Sr. Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to lead partner selling motions across mid-market and enterprise business unitsCollaborate with internal delivery teams to shape compelling project scopes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with the client's needsLead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client’s pain points, goals, and technical environmentCraft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer’s business case and technical requirementsAccurately forecast opportunities and pipeline through CRM hygiene and consistent deal reviewExceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative, value-based sellingTravel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%Skills5–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience selling into VP and C-level stakeholdersStrong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how Salesforce products can drive value for complex organizationsExperience selling service engagements in the $100K–$1M+ rangeHighly organized and self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skillsComfort working in a high-autonomy environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and resultsBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with 50% employer match up to 4%Unlimited PTO to maintain work-life balanceParental leave for new parentsPaid company holidaysSalesforce certification reimbursementPerformance-based bonus eligibilityCompany OverviewTop Salesforce consulting firm, delivering success with transformative cloud-based business services and partner solutions.
