The Account Executive role involves managing the full advisor-side sales process, building pipelines, and collaborating with leadership to expand relationships and influence strategy.ResponsibilitiesSource and build your own pipeline of financial advisors through outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, phone, industry events)Leverage the existing relationships and pipelines AdvisorFinder has built to expand themRun discovery calls to uncover pain points — you ask before you pitchDeliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to each advisor's growth goalsManage deals from first touch through close and handoff to onboardingDirectly influence go-to-market strategy by collaborating with leadership on new approaches and revenue opportunitiesFeed market intel back to leadership — objections, competitive signals, pricing reactionsSkills2–8 years of full sales cycle experience in an SDR or AE role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentComfortable with an inside sales motion - cold email, cold calling, LinkedInAbility to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTrack record of hitting or exceeding quotaStrong discovery skills - you ask before you pitchFamiliarity with the financial advisor / wealth management landscape is a strong plusHubSpot or comparable CRM experienceComfortable in an early-stage environment where you help build the playbook, not just follow oneCompany OverviewAdvisorFinder is a digital platform that connects individuals, couples, and business owners with financial advisors tailored to their goals.
