They are seeking experienced Sales Executives to drive sales revenue for their SAAS product within the employee benefits industry.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, onboard, and cultivate relationships to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and revenueBring significant sales experience, having shown consistent achievement on exceeding quotasSkills3+ years of relevant sales experience in the SAAS space (healthcare industry is a plus)Identify, prospect, onboard, and cultivate relationships to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and revenueBring significant sales experience, having shown consistent achievement on exceeding quotasRelevant Skills: analytical thinking, ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal), negotiations, well-organized and process driven, goal-focused, and generally charismaticA relentless drive to win and succeed. Can produce at a high level while working autonomouslyA track record of proven success in development of new businessProspecting/outbound work ethicBA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience in employee benefits industry is preferredBenefitsCompetitive Salary – Sales Executives are paid a base salary of $85,000 + uncapped commissions.
