They are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships while effectively communicating the value of their drone solutions.ResponsibilitiesClose new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operationsAn individual who is comfortable and experienced in a Quota and Metric-driven Sales operationDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targetsBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutionsServe as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfactionBecome a subject matter expert on Paladin’s drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposalsStay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Paladin’s solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiencesMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM toolsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive marketStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levelsTech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quicklyExperience selling to public safety or government sectors is a plusKnowledge of drone technology and its applications is advantageous but not requiredExperience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, SlackBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, innovative company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Company OverviewDrone as a First Responder (DFR) technology giving first responders a live view before they arrive It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Mountain View, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
