They are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth by identifying, pitching, and closing new customer accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and generating revenue.ResponsibilitiesGenerate New Business: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaignsPipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed dealsClient Pitching & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clientsNegotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMarket Research: Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gapsCRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performanceRelationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers)Skills5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry"Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing dealsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiationFamiliarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS OfficeSelf-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targetsKnowledge of how to navigate complex organizations and empower an internal champion who speaks the company's language to help position ASAPP effectivelyYou are not just a product seller.
