They are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to transform the property management industry's approach to vacant properties by building relationships with property managers and guiding them through PlanOmatic's products and services.ResponsibilitiesSales Experience - You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience selling to a wide range of clients. You have proven experience as a top performer, achieving and exceeding your quotas, demonstrating sharp sales acumen and very strong communication skills. Previous experience with PropTech and/or Property Management companies is a plus. Experience leveraging a CRM such as Hubspot is preferredFace-to-face selling - You’ll meet property managers where they are at, visit potential clients, and attend regional, state, and national events in the industry. Expected travel for this role is 50%, minimumProspecting & Lead Generation - You’ll generate lists of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closeProduct Knowledge - Act as a subject matter expert in PlanOmatic’s products and services, staying up to speed on new product & feature rollouts. Educate potential clients on the value and impact that PlanOmatic can have on their businessNew Business - You’ll be selling in the field and conducting demos that show the value of our products and services. You’ll be focused on closing new business, hitting and exceeding your quotaSales Operations - Leverage Hubspot and other sales tools to manage all sales activitiesRelationship Building - We Create Genuine Relationships. Not only do we want to sell our product to property managers, we want to build relationships with them. The better we understand the people within our industry, the better we can develop our product to meet their needsCross-functional Collaboration - Together We Win.
