They are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to exhibitors and managing multiple accounts to ensure client satisfaction and organic growth.ResponsibilitiesBuilding industry relationships that lead to sales referrals and introductionsPerforming regular budgeting, scheduling, and sales projections associated with account assignments to managementMaintaining an ongoing budget and fiscal account of the costs associated with producing eventsConverting sales leads into lifelong Fern Exposition clientsGrowing a book of business through a disciplined sales effortServing as the client’s primary point of contact following acceptance of an agreement or assignment of an accountCommunicating our product/service offerings and partner network to accurately inform prospects and provide excellent customer serviceManages multiple accounts with a focus on client relationships for organic growth to establish long standing relationshipsManges the delivery and quality control of client eventsIdentifies potential obstacles and works with senior team to ensure back-up plans and resolutions are in placeLeads RFP opportunities in assigned accountsMaintains all organizational process, i.e. pipeline reportsResponsible for quality control and highest possible output for all deliverables from all deptsManages specific project tracking and pipeline reportsSkills5 or more years of experience in sales, operations, or customer serviceProven client relationship and service delivery experienceAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeExperience juggling multiple priorities at one time requiredExperience in fast paced environment requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)Presentation experience – excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in trade shows, live events, or related industries preferredCompany OverviewFern Expo is a full service exhibition services contractor.
